Through an immersive 200+ hour curriculum spanning 15 weeks, these Certified Professional Doulas™ infuse their expertise into every facet of the human experience. From nurturing fertility to guiding through the profound journey of birth, postpartum care, and even navigating the delicate terrain of death and bereavement, they emerge as compassionate guardians of holistic wellbeing. With a steadfast commitment to professionalism, they offer unwavering support and guidance through life’s most profound moments, ensuring holistic wellbeing for all.
Certified Professional Doula with a background in family law. 8 years of postpartum and 4 years of birth experience. Adept at using evidence-based information to support clients through all perinatal and postpartum stages, while also encouraging them to identify and trust their instincts. Strengths include being careful, conscientious, and reliable. Continually working to learn, grow and improve the birth landscape for families.

I am a Denver area Certified Professional Doula, specializing in prenatal education, labor and delivery support and comfort measures. My journey to becoming a Doula began in 2014 when I was blessed with my own amazing daughter, and ever since I’ve been fueled by passion to help other birthing people feel empowered by their own experience, access evidence based resources, and make best decisions for their own unique process. I also have a background in psychology (BA Metro State 2012), and as a family law paralegal (Certification 2017). My education and professional background have equipped me with a broad range of experience to serve a wide variety of family dynamics.

“Aracely Navarro is a first-generation Chicana, daughter of Mexican and Guatemalan immigrants. Aracely believes deeply that there is great healing and decolonization needed for the land and the people. For this reason, Aracely's work centers Environmental Justice, reproductive justice and the healing of her community, the Mother Earth, all the generations that have come before and those that will come after. Aracely holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health from Emory University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Colorado College. Aracely loves learning about herbal medicine, birth work and regenerative agricultural practices. Her heart is truly in this work to heal community and protect Mother Earth and all of her children. Aracely will always welcome you with an open heart and a ready ear!"

I am a wife a mother of 2 young adults helping them navigate through life. Kids have always been my passion I was a preschool teacher for 24 years. Becoming a doula has changed my life. Thinking about my own experiences with my journey to motherhood and how It brings me great joy and also abundant faith in my ability to provide compassion, physical, emotional and mental support to help strengthen a mother or family in their journey in motherhood.
